September 14-17, 2025

General Info:

• Check-In/Registration Sunday 3:00PM—7:00PM.
• President’s Meeting Monday 8:00AM—9:00AM.
• Guided rides are on Monday and Tuesday with self-guided options.
• Banquet Tuesday night at the Anderson Music Hall. (Recommended attire: white long-sleeve shirt with BK vest)
• Networking/Hospitality Room Sunday -Tuesday nights.
• 50/50 Raffle Every Night.
• Continental breakfast included.

Event T-Shirt Info:

The event T-shirts are charcoal grey, with the event logo on the back and a small logo on the front.
All T-shirts are short-sleeve. Shirt sizes range from Small (S) to 4 Extra Large (XXXXL).
Order your shirt when you register; there will be a minimal number of shirts for sale at the event.

Registration:

Registration is online only.
Payment options are credit card or by mail.
$130.00 per person.
Includes conference drawstring backpack and neck gaiter.
Preregistration cut-off August 12th.
On-site registration is $150.00.
No refunds after 9/1/2025.
